Questions people ask before switching
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. AgaKural links your existing number the way WhatsApp Web does, so there are no template approvals and no per-message fees. WhatsApp can restrict numbers, which is why Ban Shield warms numbers up, paces every message and keeps a standby ready.
What happens if my number gets banned?
If you set a standby number, queued messages, your API token and your webhook move to it automatically and your recent contacts are told the new number. If the banned number stayed within our limits, you also get a month free for it.
Is the chatbot really free?
Yes. The no-code auto-reply bot (welcome message, keyword and menu replies, away message outside business hours) is included on every plan, including the free Sandbox.
How do I pay, activate or renew?

What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to the free Sandbox: one number, 50 messages a day and 5 conversations a month. Your number stays linked and incoming messages still arrive, so nothing needs to be re-scanned.
Do you store my messages?
Message text is kept for 24 hours for delivery and then deleted. Delivery metadata is kept for risk scoring and audit. Login state is encrypted at rest.
Can I switch from Whapi?
Yes. AgaKural uses Whapi-style endpoints such as /messages/text, /users/login, /settings, /groups and /chats. Change the base URL and token and your existing code keeps working.
